Hello, I’m Pervez, owner and DJ at Hurricane Roadshow. For 25 years, I have provided music and entertainment for weddings, parties, corporate events and community celebrations across Hereford, Herefordshire and beyond.
My approach is friendly, professional and personal. I listen to what you want, prepare carefully and use my experience to read the room as your event develops. The aim is simple: the right music, a welcoming atmosphere and a celebration that feels like yours.

25 years of experience, one personal service
Hurricane Roadshow has grown through 25 years of real events and real dance floors. I have worked at weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, retirements, school events, Christmas parties, corporate functions, community celebrations and private occasions.
That experience has taught me that a successful event is not created by pressing play on the same set of songs every weekend. It comes from preparation, timing, clear communication and understanding the people in the room. I remain your direct contact when planning the entertainment, so the details we discuss are carried through to the event itself.
Music knowledge across the generations
My music knowledge stretches from the 1950s to today. It includes 1950s rock ’n’ roll; 1960s soul and Motown; 1970s disco and funk; 1980s pop and rock; 1990s dance and R&B; 2000s club favourites; Ibiza and commercial dance; chart hits, party anthems and current music.
This range helps me bring different generations together without making the evening feel disjointed. I can move naturally between eras and styles, recognise what is working and choose the right track for the moment. Your preferences remain central: you can provide favourite songs, must-play choices and music you would prefer not to hear.
Reading the room, not following a fixed playlist
A playlist is useful for understanding your taste, but it cannot predict every moment of a live celebration. I pay attention to the dance floor, the age range, the mood and the energy in the room. When a particular style connects, I build on it; when the atmosphere changes, I adapt.
Appropriate requests can be welcomed on the night, while the overall music remains consistent with the event you have planned. This balance of preparation and flexibility is one of the most important lessons I have gained over 25 years behind the decks.

Hurricane Roadshow carries Public Liability Insurance and uses PAT-tested equipment. Professional sound and lighting are planned around the venue and the type of event, with enough time allowed for safe access and setup.
Clear communication matters just as much as the equipment. Before the event, I confirm the important details, preferred music, timings, venue information and any special moments. On the night, I provide a calm, organised and experienced service from setup to the final song.
